Major Responsibilities :

Execute the business expansion plans as per the target, expand the market reach, propose for expansion of geogrpahical span, improving the product penetratation in the low penetration area/ niche markets to improve the SOB of business of the company.
Execute Promotion Strategies especifically BTL to maximise conversion ratio, share the feedback of the coversion ratio, effectively use the allocated budget in the assigned territory.
Achieving the targetted volume as per the business plan. Initiative corrective actions as and when needed.
Continuously collecting the feedback regarding the product performance from the field, analyse the data, design , interact with the desing/ service/ manufacturing team for implimenting the CAPA as and when requrired.
Carryingout market potential studies periodically in the existing markets, sharing the potential with Area Manager and seeking needfuyl approvals to execute the same and increasing business volumes.
Regularly collect Competition Information and share with Area Managers for stategic business advantages.
Ensuring timely collection of sales revenes. Ensure zero outstanding more than 90 days to support the business finances.
Submission of MIS to the higher management as per the desired frequency and parameters.
