This workshop paved the way to a Better Understanding of Self for young managers. The workshop focused on the psychometric tool: The Big Five Inventory for the personality analysis of the participants.
Students enthused about themselves discussed their personality styles and the way forward to the apt career choices. The main take-away was “No Trait is Good or Bad; it is the manoeuvring of one’s strengths in the right direction, which is the Ultimate Benefactor.”
