Centre for Career Development (CCD), organized Aatm-Vishleshan-I, a workshop on Self-Analysis: Know Your Psyche and Personality Style, on the 31st of May 2021. The resource person was Dr. Shalini Sharma, Area-chair CRC/CnD.
GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, Greater Noida, invigorated the thought process of its Millennial Managers to improve further, explore and dive deep into the ocean of pertinent opportunities ahead. The workshop is a culmination of the First Step of, Own My Growth (OMG) Journal of Employability Module into analyzing one’s personality.
Self-Analysis directs to a Better Understanding of Self; Understanding of Self leads to Improvement, Continuous Improvement leads to Growth. This workshop paved the way to a Better Understanding of Self for young managers. The workshop focused on the psychometric tool: The Big Five Inventory for the personality analysis of the participants.
Students enthused about themselves discussed their personality styles and the way forward to the apt career choices. The main take-away was “No Trait is Good or Bad; it is the manoeuvring of one’s strengths in the right direction, which is the Ultimate Benefactor.”
