It allows them to improve their skill set and align themselves to the standards of an industry. Hands-on experience allows them to gain insights about operations and provides them a better business acumen. Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), GIMS, Greater Noida, launched the Industrial Amalgamation Module (IAM) on August 17, 2021 for PGDM II Year students to nurture their talent and enhance their skills.
The programme intended to imbibe the finesse of Industry nuances. The main aim of this programme was to make the future managers ready for corporate. The session was really fruitful for the students as they got to learn about the essential skills that they need to possess in order to be a successful manager in future.
