Industry Amalgamation Module

The more you explore, the more places you’ll go. It is an absolute fact that industrial exposure is beneficial for students. It allows them to improve their skill set and align themselves to the standards of an industry. Hands-on experience allows them to gain insights about operations and provides them a better business acumen. Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), GIMS, Greater Noida, launched the Industrial Amalgamation Module (IAM) on August 17, 2021 for PGDM II Year students to nurture their talent and enhance their skills.

The programme intended to imbibe the finesse of Industry nuances. The main aim of this programme was to make the future managers ready for corporate. The session was really fruitful for the students as they got to learn about the essential skills that they need to possess in order to be a successful manager in future.

Certification plays a crucial role in the entire journey of an individual both as a student and as a working professional. It helps in learning the new technologies, skills, and abilities for a specific promotion. Earning a certification in a particular area of expertise can help in advancing your career. With the same rationale, GIMS decided  to come up with an amazing opportunity for the budding managers of the batch 2020 – 2022 to gain learning experience by undergoing certain certification programs (offered by Forage) in each specialization.

As an outcome of these certification programs, our budding managers not only enhanced their domain knowledge but also received hands-on experience about how different organizations function, which will surely help them when they enter the industry.
