Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch provides you sovereignty to drift between hardware field and software field. Electronic communications engineering is the utilization of science and math applied to practical problems in the field of communications. EC engineers engage in research, design, development and testing of the electronic equipment used in various communications systems.  This branch mainly deals with analog transmission, basic electronics, solid state devices, microprocessors, digital and analog communication, analog integrated circuits, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression. Furthermore, this is also the reason that a lot of industries choose to prefer EC engineers over other engineering branches.

It is due to EC engineers that we enjoy such modern communication devices as cellular telephones, radios and television. ECE concentrations are typically offered from the bachelor’s to the doctoral level. These programs prepare students for careers as systems engineers, research engineers, controls engineers, communication engineers and electronic engineers, as well as researchers and university professors. The programs are rigorous with an emphasis in math and science. Students study topics such as wireless, digital, data and fiber optic communications.

Electronics communications engineers work on the electronic systems that are used to transmit and receive signals. They may be involved in designing, manufacturing, and testing systems to make sure that they work properly. These professionals can work for scientific or industrial companies, or the military

ECE students there is a chance to either go into the core or get into the IT industry. If you really want to get into the core, you have to have in depth knowledge about your study.
