The companies offer higher study mode for any employee coming from colleges in Ghaziabad for engineering via distance/satellite etc. Part time and correspondence courses are offered to students for career enhancement. These benefits are a boon to candidates esp. those coming from Non MBA and Non English background.
Top placement colleges in Delhi/NCR have association with companies like TCS and Infosys who offer various higher education programs for their employees. They have tie ups with some very good organizations. Also there will be the benefit in the cost expenditure to do higher studies.
