Freshers Party - AAGHAAZ 2021

Every new  beginning heralds a new chapter and harbingers new avenues and possibilities in life. 'AAGHAAZ 2021' promised the same for the freshers of GNIOT.

A grand Fresher’s Party ‘AAGHAAZ-2021' was organized by GNIOT Cultural Club to welcome the freshers of B.Tech. and MCA at GNIOT Ground on 24 December 2021. The program was started by traditional lamp lighting, after which Mohini Rana, a student of B.Tech. first year, presented a soulful devotional song. Shri Rajesh Kumar Gupta ji (Chairman, GNIOT Group of Institutions), Shri Gaurav Gupta ji (Vice Chairman, GNIOT Group of Institutions) Mr. Swadesh Kumar Singh (CEO, GIMS), Dr Dhiraj Gupta (Director GNIOT), Dr Savita Mohan (Director MBA), Dr Arun Kumar Singh (Director -GIMS), Dr Dilip Singh (Principal- GIPS) Dr. Iqbal (Dean, Student Welfare), Dr. Anuranjan Mishra (Dean, Research & Development) and Dr B.S. Chauhan (Dean 1st year), HoDs and all office bearers had a dignified presence. 
Dr Dhiraj Gupta welcomed all the dignitaries and students of B.Tech. first year and MCA first year. In his address, he asked all the students to achieve their goal by being fully dedicated towards education and wished them a bright future.  
Hon'ble Chairman , Shri Rajesh Gupta ji, in his address advised students to develop bonding among them as it will propel their career and performance in academics. He emphasised on the importance of regular attendance and wished everyone a bright and scintillating future.
The winners of AKTU Zonal Sports were felicitated by  hon’ble  Vice Chairman ,Shri Gaurav Gupta ji .This was followed by mesmerizing cultural-dance performances by the first year and second year students. The agility and rhythmicity enthralled everyone present there. The performances of song, music, duet-dance by the students were splendid. The program included ramp-walk by the contestants for Mr Freshers and Miss Freshers competition and several rounds of talent display to evaluate their talent. 
Utkarsh Rai from B.Tech. first year and Kishlay Kumar from MCA first year were declared Mr Fresher- 2021.Priya Yadav from B.Tech. first year Sanskruti Chand from MCA first year were declared Ms Fresher- 2021.
The programme concluded with the most awaited DJ.
