GIPS successfully conducted a wellness program that saw enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and staff, emphasizing the rising importance of mental well-being in academic and professional life.

Guided by Prof. Dr. Savita Mohan and led by Dr. Diwaker Shukla, the session introduced participants to the power of meditation for reducing stress, improving focus, and fostering inner calm. Through guided practices, breathing techniques, and interactive discussions, attendees learned how just a few minutes of mindfulness can enhance concentration, emotional balance, and overall well-being. The session left everyone feeling refreshed, relaxed, and motivated.

The initiative encouraged many to adopt meditation as part of their daily routine, reflecting GIPS’s commitment to holistic education and a supportive, growth-oriented campus environment.
