GNIOT Yoga Session Fostering Well-being and Harmony

GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies has conducted a Yoga and Asana session under the banner of Meditation & Yoga Club. This session was designed to inspire students to engage their conscious minds more fully, promoting self-awareness and mastery over their thoughts. Led by the esteemed wellness coach Hemlata Dhyani. It begins with warm-up and stretching exercises, progressing through a series of asanas such as Padmasana, Sukhasana, Tadasana, Bhujangasana, and culminating in Shavasana. The exercises are tailored to alleviate stress, mitigate joint discomfort, and enhance spinal flexibility, offering significant benefits to the participants.Ms. Hemlata encourages attendees to attune to their physical needs and adjust poses accordingly. The session proved to be an enriching experience for both students and faculty members, emphasizing that with diligent planning and implementation, yoga can yield remarkable benefits.
