Greater Noida Institute of Professional Studies today organized a one-day National Leadership Conclave on the theme “Gear Up To Grow” which was jointly organized by “ Samanvay A SYNERGY”-The HR Club and TLC Helios.

The event started with ceremonial Lamp Lighting by the dignitaries present in the event. Principal Dr. Savita Mohan welcomed the guests and other dignitaries and, in her address, stressed the fact that learning is a lifelong process where a leader not only reacts positively but also helps other members to see the brighter side of the picture.

The first speaker of the day was Ms. Smita Mittal, Family and Relationship Coach who gave her talk on “Subtle Importance of Relationships in Growth Mindset”. She emphasized that to be successful in life we must never underestimate the importance of relationships both on the personal and professional front. The second Speaker Mr. Partha Banerjee Career Advancement Coach deliberated on “Growth and Leadership by Example.” Sir emphasized that we must lead by example and should try to not only focus on our growth but also ensure growth of others who are with us.

The third speaker of the session was Dr. Anil Sharma, a preventive Physiotherapy Coach who gave his talk on “3 Ways to Fitness@workplace to speed up your Growth”, he emphasized the fact that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Sir gave important tips on simple workout techniques at the workplace. The fourth speaker of the day was Mr. Ashwani A, Cost Accountant, who spoke on “Growth is the only key to survival”. He emphasized that in this competitive world every person has to carve a niche and survive in a volatile world. The fifth speaker of the session Mr. Shashank Shrivastava, Mother Nature Coach gave his insight on the – “Reconnect with Nature: Mother Nature”, sir in his address emphasized the being environmentally conscious and thinking of sustainable development which is a dire need in the hour. Every person should work on making this mother nature a better place to live in for generations to come. The sixth speaker of the session Mr. Anant – Agarwal Success Mindset Coach deliberated on “Growth Mindset Leads to Happiness”. Sir in his valuable address touched upon taming and controlling the mind to achieve wellness and happiness in life. The seventh speaker of the session Dr. Smita Life Reboot Coach deliberated on “Attitude and Gratitude in Growth Mindset”. She shared her valuable opinion on being humble and full of gratitude. Trees which bow down are always full of fruits and have a larger lifespan. The eighth speaker of the session was Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Academic Transformation Coach who deliberated on the topic “Identify domain for your consistent growth”. It is a concept that has been rooted in the cultural fabric of Japan for centuries and simply means, “reason to live.” Incidentally, embedded in the fabric of culture, the Japanese practice it with full rigor and force. The ninth Speaker of the session was Ms. Seema Sahay Career Enhancement Coach she delivered her insights on “Power Skills for Growth and Excellence”. She emphasized the interrelated roles of Skills for growth and excellence in this ever-competitive dynamic world. She gave some tips for growth and excellence for youngsters. The ninth Speaker of the session was Mr. Sachin Dahiya, Success Habits Coach, Senior Vice President TLC who spoke on “ 3 steps to your consistent self”. Sir in his valuable address shared the 3 most prominent steps which can be followed by everyone to be self-reliant. He emphasized the very fact that the youth of today are aimless and directionless hence they have to be led in a way that they realize their true potential. The tenth Speaker of the session was Mr. Bannya Basu, an Image Consultant. She delivered her insights on “Three Aspects to become Influential leaders”. Her talk revolved around the leadership domain related to transformational leaders who have the potential to shape the youth of today into managers of tomorrow. Finally, the session was concluded by Mr. Sachin Dahiya, Success Habits Coach, Senior Vice President TLC. The vote of thanks was extended by Dr. Avijit Dey (Academic Dean).
