Organized a Workshop Specialization Shortlist

GNIOT MBA INSTITUTE had organised a Workshop today (05.05.2023) on Skill to shortlist the Specialization. "Smart decision today, Last value for tomorrow!" The resource person for this workshop was well established HR head Mr. Debaprasad Ray who proves that the above mentioned saying is practically true.

He talked in length and in-depth about all the Specializations in MBA. This helped the students a lot in order to understand and choose the best for them from the specializations offered in MBA program namely: Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, IB, IT, Operations etc.

This workshop in true sense helped our MBA and IMBA students to make a rational choice regarding their career as professionals. The speaker talked about the importance of Excellent Communication Skills, Logical & Critical thinking and Convincing Power also, how it acts as the key element in order to be successful professional in life.
