Organized Poster Making Competition

B.Tech. First Year (Group A) organized a poster making competition on 27th May 2023, Saturday. It's great to hear that about 50 students actively participated in the poster making competition. The competition focused on four topics: Cybersecurity, Advantages and Disadvantages of Technology, AI - Future Picture of Technology, and Engineering in day-to-day life. The event was organized by Dr. Shweta Tyagi and coordinated by Mr. Rishi Kumar Singh, with the support of Dr. Kirti Upadhyay, Mr. Pradeep Baranwal, Ms. Nidhi Simon, and Mr. Naveen Kumar.

The poster making competition aimed to encourage students to explore and express their thoughts on these relevant topics. Cybersecurity focused on the importance of securing digital systems and data from cyber threats. Advantages and Disadvantages of Technology provided an opportunity for students to critically analyze the impact of technology in various aspects of life. AI - Future Picture of Technology prompted participants to envision the role of artificial intelligence in shaping the future of technology. Engineering in day-to-day life highlighted the practical applications of engineering principles in our daily routines.

During the competition, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Sanjay Katiyar, Dean Academic, Dr. Iqubal Ahmad Khan, DSW, Dr. B.S. Chauhan, Dean First Year (Group-B) and Mr. Vivek Chopra. Their presence added great value and encouragement to the student’s efforts.

Following the completion of the poster-making session, the dignitaries engaged in an interactive session with the students. Dr. Sanjay Katiyar addressed the students, commending their enthusiasm and creativity in addressing the given topics. He highlighted the significance of such events in enhancing the student’s understanding and practical application of the subjects.
