On September 21, 2021 GNIOT Group of Institutions organised Panel discussions on Success Mantras - Big journeys begin with small steps". The event started with a lamp lighting ceremony by all the galaxy of experts having years of experience across diversified portfolios and fields. The panellist of the session were Mr. Puneet Agarwal, Managing Director- Pushpanjali Group Mr. Puneet Bhatnagar, Director- Techfour Engineering, Mr. Rajeev Kental, President- Amar Ujala, Mr. Ramesh Batlish, Managing Partner FITJEE, Mr. Suman Nayak, Chief General Manager, Nippon Audiotronixs Pvt. Ltd. All the panellist were welcomed by Shri Rajesh Gupta ji Chairman - GNIOT Group of Institutions. In his inaugural address, he focussed on all round development of students with special emphasis on learning from such rich panel of experts which are called on a regular basis so as to enrich our budding professionals for future career path. Dr. Savita Mohan - Director MBA Institute coordinated the event. She dwelled on the need of Industry Institute Linkage and collaborative approach so as to make  students industry ready. In this period of transition from a knowledge society to a learning society, the concept of learning becomes more comprehensive and critical for the success of students as the ultimate aim of seeking education is to be placed successfully across various industries. Post panel discussion - the forum was open for the students to ask queries and seek inputs and insights from the industry experts. Post interaction session with student the programme ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Savita Mohan, Director GNIOT MBA Institute. Overall, it was a though provoking and a very insightful session not only for students but for all the audiences. The entire session can be summed up that with ordinary talent and extra ordinary perseverance all things in life are attainable.
