Perception To Personality Activity At GIPS For Student Development

The HR Club of GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies (GIPS) organized an insightful and interactive activity titled “Perception to Personality: The Story Behind the Scene” at the campus.

During the session, students were shown a series of images and encouraged to interpret them in their own unique ways. The activity revealed how individuals perceive the same visual differently, emphasizing the diversity of perspectives and the subjective nature of human perception.

The primary aim was to help students recognize how perceptions vary from person to person, foster self-awareness about their thinking patterns, and understand how these perceptions influence personality development.
