We are pleased and proud to inform you that Rachit Kumar Shailya, a first-year B.Tech student at GNIOT, Greater Noida, has won the Bronze Medal at the 36th National Games held in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat from October 1st Oct to 5th Oct, 2022. Rachit is an international level squash player who has represented India in various international tours. Recently, the Chief Minister of UP, Mr. Yogi Adityanath Ji, awarded him for his achievement in winning the medal for his state and country. The award function was held in Lucknow on January 26th, 2023, and was attended by the CM, Rajyapal, the Sports Minister of UP, and other dignitaries. We hope that Rachit will continue to make his parents, college, state, and country proud. At GNIOT, we will render our full and possible support to him and wish him luck for his future.
