Workshop at IIT Delhi

15 April 2024
GNIOT, Greater Noida

Exciting Glimpse from the "Project-based Learning using NI Tools" Workshop at IIT Delhi!
On April 12-13, 2024, the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at GNIOT (Greater Noida) hosted a transformative two-day workshop at IIT Delhi, attracting 31 passionate ECE students from 2nd and 3rd year. This event was meticulously organized to enhance the practical skills of students, pivotal for both their academic and future professional endeavors.
Under the expert coordination of Dr. Astha Sharma, Dr. Monika Dixit, and Dr. Vipin Sharma, participants dove deep into the world of LabVIEW programming. They explored the intricacies of data flow programming, virtual instruments (VIs), and advanced data analysis tools. The hands-on project sessions were particularly enriching, pushing students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and develop innovative solutions—some of which are aimed at contributions to prestigious organizations like ISRO!
National Instruments (NI) tools are at the forefront of empowering engineers and scientists with the means to address complex challenges efficiently. These tools are crucial for students in the realm of ECE, as they facilitate an integrated approach to learning and application, bridging theoretical concepts with practical implementation.
Special thanks to our Management and Director, Dr. Dhiraj Gupta, and the Head of the Department, Dr. Mukesh Ojha, whose support was instrumental in the seamless execution and success of this workshop. Their dedication to fostering an educational environment where practical skills meet innovation is truly commendable.
Let’s continue to inspire and equip our students to excel in the dynamic field of electronics and communication engineering. Here’s to more such enlightening sessions!
