GNIOT MBA INSTITUTE had organised a Workshop for MBA and IMBA on 'Process Design and Development'. The resource person for this workshop was Dr. Prateek Varshney, Project Manger UXArmy Software Pvt. Ltd. Singapore.

The speaker explained how process design and development helps in building a successful venture. He talked in length about the what, how and why of prototype testing.

He explained the process that involves analyzing, designing, implementing, and improving processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction which would primarily add to the inventor's economic progress.

A special thanks to Dr. Prateek Varshney for taking out time from his busy schedule for this insightful workshop.
