As we embrace the second day of the orientation program, the spirit of enthusiasm and curiosity continues to thrive among our new students. This day is dedicated to delving deeper into the academic and extracurricular facets of the GNIOT-Institute of Professional Studies.  With a series of informative sessions, a workshop was organized on “The streaming of Data platform: Future Perspectives”, students gained a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities that await them. The speaker of the session was Mr. Aftab Ahmed, Solutions Architect at Tata Consultancy Services. He focused on data management issues in emerging computing environments such as (post) cloud and fog/edge/dew computing. A fundamentally new way of storing and processing data.

Instead of relying on expensive, proprietary hardware and different systems to store and process data. As we move forward in this journey together, we encourage students to keep their eyes open to the boundless possibilities and experiences that will shape their academic and personal growth at GIPS.
