World Blood Donor Day, 2023 was celebrated with great enthusiasm at GNIOT MBA Institute. The audience was highly encouraged and pledged to donate the blood. The speaker for the session was Dr Ashwani Kansal, Consultant Physician and Medical Superintendent, Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital,Greater Noida. The speaker highlighted the importance and benefits of blood donation, various blood groups and blood components, the process of blood transfusion, precautions before blood donations. The Honorable speaker brought forward various facts and myths surrounding blood donation. All the key points were summarized by Ms Adyasa Padhi (Assistant Professor), Coordinator. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Director Prof (Dr.)Anshul Sharma who encouraged the audience for blood donations through his golden words of motivation
