The theme for World Environment Day on 5 June 2023 will focus on Solutions to plastic pollution under the campaign BeatPlasticPollution.

Objectives of poster making competition are:

* To encourages awareness and action for the protection of the environment.

* To reminds us to strengthen the world and ensure that nature is preserved at all costs.

* To throws light on the causes which are causing serious harm to our environment.

* To also encourages the public from different societies and communities to take active participation in celebrating the day.

Swachh Bharat campaign is a huge step taken by the Indian Government towards the development of India because cleanliness opens the door for prosperity and success in life and this could be only successful when every citizen of India will pledge to maintain cleanliness in the surroundings as it’s not only the responsibility of the government.

Removal of dirt in surroundings will also ensure the removal of deceases too. Cleaning the GNIOT college is a step towards our development. Its benefits are not restricted to the removal of deceases but also it will help in the climate change. It’s more about saving our mother earth and the nature she has which is getting worst day by day due to our non-eco-friendly activities.
