Centre of Career Development (CCD) GIMS, Greater Noida under the banner of Industrial Amalgamation Module (IAM) organized a four-day Life Skill Programme in association with Global Talent Track (GTT), Barclays for PGDM II Year students to pre-up them with the finesse by the industry.
Event was held online on (28/08/21- 29/08/21) and (4/09/21-5/09/21) respectively and the resource person was Ms. Tapasi Palo (GTT Barclays).
The session was very useful for the students as they got to know about several things which will help them in their work life.
Some important points highlighted by Tapasi Palo were:
- SWOT Analysis of Self
- Interview and its types
- Do’s and Don’ts when you join a new organization,
- How to handle stressful situations tactfully and a lot more.
The Budding Managers found the session very fruitful and got to learn a lot which they will surely implement during their placements and in corporate as well.
