CCD – The Centre of Career Development, GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida is organizing an interview simulation activity Darpan- The Job Expo from June 1st, 2021 to June 5th, 2021. This four – days activity intends to:

* Explore the Inner-view of a candidate’s personality, thereby coaching them to be Industry Ready.

* Their development by a two-fold process of putting them into the shoes of a recruiter and job aspirant both.

* Contribute to the enhancement of the interviewing skills of our Millennial Managers.

* Contribute towards their confidence building to face the challenges put forth.

* Assist them in learning the etiquette required to fit themselves in the corporate world.

Our Future Leaders will learn to defend the interview by Assessing the situation, Articulating their expressions and Nailing the Opportunity.
