Expert Talk on Cyber Crime and Cyber Law

Department of MCA (Master of Computer Application) is organizing a expert talk on the topic "Cyber Crime and Cyber Law" in 2020-21" tomorrow i.e. on 27th November, 2020 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Mr. Anuj Agarwal, Chairman, Center for Research on Cyber Crime and Cyber Law will deliver a talk and discuss on the topic.

Mr. Anuj Agarwal is an Advisor, National Institute of Criminology and Forensics Sciences, Digital Syllabus Review, Ministry of Home, Govt. of India.

He has been the Visiting Faculty to Ministry of IT & Electronics, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Home Affairs & affiliated institutions, Ministry of Skill Development, Government of India.

He is a Founder Chairman, Computer Society of India, Noida Chapter.

He is a National Convener SIG, “Digital Judiciary and Cyber Laws” of Computer Society of India.

He is a Trainer on Cyber Crime Investigation and Economic Laws to Law Enforcement Agencies (UPP, Haryana Police, Delhi Police etc.) In Judiciary/Public Prosecutors.

He is also an Author of the first book on ‘Cyber Crime Investigation and Digital Evidence’ in Hindi and English and has attained more than 20 Industry verticals experience.

He has trained faculties and students in more than 100 universities, graduate colleges and professional institutions.

Mr. Anuj Agarwal is an accomplished cyber crime/digital forensic investigator, digital evidence and cyber law expert. He is also an expert on global data protection, data privacy law and digital transaction.
