Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) is a system that establish  the communication link between the human brain and the external machine. The incoming brain signals are analyzed to infer the state of mind to generate the command for the external device. Multichannel signal analysis and biomedical signal processing are crucial for developing Brain Machine Interface (BMI) systems. Considering the above facts, The department of Electronics & Communication is organizing a one-day expert Talk on the “ Signal Processing approach for Brain-computer interface “ under the Profound Guidance of Dr. Dhiraj Gupta Sir, Director, GNIOT,132, on 24.02.2023.

The expert for the session will be Dr. Rishi Raj Sharma, Assistant Professor, Defence Institute of Advance Technology, DRDO, Pune, India. Dr. Rishi Raj Sharma received his Ph. D from Indian Institute of Technology, Indore in the domain of signal Processing & Machine Intelligence. In the past he has also served as Research Scientist at National Brain Research Centre, Gurugram.
