GNIOT- MBA Institute is organizing Pre-Orientation Week ARABDHA -2020 from 04th Nov to 11th Nov for the newly admitted MBA and IMBA 1st year students.

The pre-orientation programme will play an important role in introducing the students with their college life. Student will be made aware of opportunities to be socially integrated into the college culture. It will help them to acclimate in the new environment. It will inculcate the ethos and culture of the Institution.

Professor R.K Khandal ,Ex. Vice Chancellor- AKTU, Lucknow will inaugurate the event and predominantly talk on Emerging Trends in Management Education. Rapid changes have been occurring in the management education and fueled by increase experiential techniques. The management education plays an essential role in today's dynamic business environment. The rapid trend of globalization and technological changes have made difficult for organizations to survive in the competitive world. As a result the importance of management education has been increased many folds.

Our key note speaker Shri Sunil Maheshwari, professor- IIM Ahmadabad will speak on happy life & managing dilemma effectively. At times we all have had to grapple with really hard decisions and tough choices. We are dealing with these dilemmas and make right decisions.

After the inaugural session the event will circumscribe a set of expert talk from both Industry and academics that will continue till 11th Nov 2020. The Key speakers will focus on managing dilemma effectively, career development tools & ideas, circular economy, world energy scenario & contribution of hydrocarbon fuel, building competencies, mental de-stress and so on.
