Every new idea or innovation should be protected and rewarded, with that arises the need for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). IPR gives the innovator the exclusive rights to reap benefit out of the innovation considering the efforts, time and money that goes into developing the final product.

Keeping the same in mind Institute *InnovationCouncil of Greater Noida Institute of Professional Studies is conducting a Workshop on “Introduction of Intellectual Property Rights for Young Millennials” on May 19, 2022 for the students of BBA and B.com.

The esteemed resource person for the session is Dr. Sunil Kumar Yadav who carries with himself a rich experience of more than two decades and has earned his doctorate from NIT Kurukshetra in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights. Dr. Yadav has to his credit a project funded by Department of Science and Technology in the area of IPR.

The aim of this session is to provide students an awareness so that they can learn about the ways in which they can safeguard their creations, giving them a competitive edge over their peers. This session will be beneficial for students importantly if they are interested in starting their own venture and business.
