The KALANTAR 2025 – Annual Art Festival

The KALANTAR 2025 Annual Art Festival is a three-month celebration of art and creativity. It began in the second half of June 2025 and will conclude on 21 September 2025, observed as World Peace Day.

The national-level art competition started on 28 July 2025. Due to requests from several states affected by weather conditions, the last date for submission of entries has been extended from 21 September 2025 to 21 October 2025.

Themes for this year include:

1. Yog – The union of body, mind, and heart

2. Panchatattvam – The five elements of nature

3. Remembering the unsung heroes of India’s freedom struggle

4. Forgiveness or Anger – The right path to peace

5. Artificial Intelligence – The pros and cons

6. Minimalism – Simple living, less stress

The festival features national-level art competitions, expert talks, online workshops, and storytelling sessions focusing on moral values.

Last date for 1st round entry submission: 21 October 2025
Tentative dates for 2nd round competitions: 2 November to 20 November 2025
