Greater Noida Institute of Technology – MBA Institute is organising a Panel Discussion/ Parichrcha  on "Human Rights Inclusion Empowerment", "Knowledge makes a man unfit to be a slave." - Frederick Douglass
Literacy serves as a link between despair and hope. It is a tool for modern society's daily lives, be it financial, digital or legal literacy. The aim of this session is make students gain an insight into the concept of Human Rights and an awareness and understanding of basic human rights. When people  are subjected to abuse or corruption, the concept of human rights permits them right to speak, right to express, right to oppose. Since no society is flawless, knowledge of these specific rights such as right to freedom of expression, right for equal work opportunities etc. become even more important. When people are aware and empowered by the concept of human rights, which tells them that they are entitled to dignity from society, whether it be the government or their workplace. Only if they are well informed then only they have  the option to stand up and raise voice of  they do not receive it. It is critical that education includes the study of peace and human rights as well as human rights and empowerment for  the well-being of society and its citizens.
