Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is the brainchild of the visionary industrialist, Late Shri Krishan Lal Gupta. He is the founder of the group. He has distinguished himself through his significant contributions to business, academics, research, government, and society at large.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by A.I.C.T.E. PGDM is the flagship program of GNIOT Group which opens new world of opportunities for the students. Our emphasis is on holistic development of the students. Inter-disciplinary approach is implemented in teaching-learning process and research. At GIMS, our endeavor is to treat every student as an individual, to recognize their potential and to ensure that they receive the best preparation and training for achieving their career ambitions and life goals. We aim at producing not only good professionals but also good and worthy citizens of a great country, aiding in its overall progress and development.

PGDM offered at GIMS is a two-year full-time programme, which follows trimester system. The first year comprises of core courses and second year consist of elective courses. The programme offers dual specialization in second year. The pedagogical methods for teaching are lectures, case studies, project work and simulations. These methods are further augmented by online certification programs from different providers, group discussions, role-plays, movie screenings and industrial visits. To ensure effective learning, the institute leverages these latest technologies to make teaching-learning process more experiential and participative integrating the benefits of group based learning. The programme is crafted in such a manner that academic rigour is maintained. The students are continuously evaluated in their performance. The teaching pedagogy helps students to experience the management predicaments and empower them to take decisions on real time scenarios. Additionally, corporate connect is maintained through regular interactions with industry expert. Workshops, participation in conclaves, co curricular activities, etc encourages learning for a deeper academic and practice based foundation. Analytical skills are developed amongst students which help them in enhancing decision making capabilities
