Department of Mechanical Engineering, GNIOT GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, GREATER NOIDA, is organizing a webinar on “Mechanical Engineers: Planning for next 40 years” on 16th August, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Nowadays the scope of mechanical engineering is expanding beyond its traditional boundaries. Mechanical engineers are focussing their attention towards new areas of research such as nanotechnology, development of composite materials, biomedical applications, environmental conservation, etc. Mechanical engineers work across all industries, and on all kinds of projects, from tiny devices to large structures. Depending on their individual skills and preferences, they can choose from several degree specialties that allow them to gain focused knowledge in that part of discipline. Students plan their career and look for a long term perspective and it is not surprising to see that apart from core industrial openings, enormous scope exists in the area of consulting services.
We have invited a senior industry expert to address our students that would help the students to explore their talents in order to plan their future as a successful mechanical engineer as well as a successful entrepreneur.
